All prices are for time out, whether the equipment is used, or not. Plan your timing carefully to minimize costs.
Most prices quoted are for a one-day rental. If you desire to use our equipment for a longer period, contact us. Long-term rates are available at considerable savings.
Should changes be necessary, please contact us 48 hours prior to delivery / pickup. Changes are subject to availability.
Delivery is available at a nominal fee in our regular delivery area, during regular business hours. Delivery outside our region, and / or during non-standard hours, is available for additional cost. Our delivery personnel are instructed to neatly stack all items in a mutually convenient place upon delivery.
Tables and chairs should be “knocked down” and stacked, ready for pick up. All items should be assembled in a single location, where practical. Additional costs may result for multiple delivery or pick up locations.

LOSS OR DAMAGE
The renter is responsible for the equipment from the time of delivery to the time of pick up. Please be sure the equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Additional charges will result from missing or damaged equipment.
The costs herein for the frame tents include set-up and teardown, during normal business hours. Prices don’t include delivery / pick-up. Permits, event insurance, and any associated fees, are the responsibility of the customer.
